- DISPUTE A TRANSACTION
- If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps.
First, double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card. Second, contact the merchant where the purchase originated. Finally, if you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, complete the
Visa Dispute Form and mail to:

IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD- During regular credit union business hours, report any suspected fraud to the credit union's Contact Center immediately at (800)660-3258. If the credit union is closed, please call (866)518-0213. International callers should call 001-515-457-2082. Complete the Visa Fraud Affidavit and mail to:
